RDG who offer a range of networking events and forums to allow airports and airlines to meet face to face in order to build new business partnerships, commissioned Motive to create a new website and online scheduling application to provide the global aviation community with another medium to discuss new air services.
The new web based system has been instigated company wide, to take the scheduling system to the next level, enabling RDG to streamline internal operations, freeing up vital man hours and further boosting its operational efficiency across the online channel.

Offline Sales Order System
Trading in over 2000 independent retail locations throughout the World Wolsey, a global manufacturer of quality textiles engaged Motive to create an offline sales order system which has replaced the previous labour intensive process of typing orders by hand and then faxing/posting to HQ, where the data was manually replicated into the ERP system.
There has been a huge return on investment for this project, given the time saving and enormous leap in efficiency gains by integrating the offline sales system with the existing ERP platform.
